Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you would like to return an item, please first complete our Return Request Form which can be found on the Return page. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received, the item will be inspected. If the product meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day after purchase.
After this period, your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, meaning we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
